She views the counseling process as relationship driven, in which growth and change are possible in a safe, confidential setting between therapist and client. Together you will explore and define the difficulties that brought you into therapy and set goas towards resolution. Her counseling style is strengths-based and solution-focused. She employs a variety of techniques to assist you in taking steps to meet life’s challenges. Many problems have a spiritual dimension and these aspects of your growth may be discussed during therapy only as you feel comfortable.
